You don’t have to spend your life like a rat race, try to find happiness and change in small small things of life. Give yourself some ‘me time’ everyday, 15-20 min is also ok if you want to enjoy every bit of it. Try to develop some hobbies and practice that everyday for a short span of time. Spend some time with nature, talk with yourself in peace. Listen something positive as soon as you wake up and while going to sleep.Try to do guided meditation in the morning as soon as you wake up. Search on youtube and you will find ample numbers of such videos having time duration starting from 5 min to multiple hours. Find out your weaknesses and try to resolve them through meditation.
Try to speak positive affirmations in the morning for few mins, it will make your day positive and bring happiness in your life.
