    You don’t have to spend your life like a rat race, try to find happiness and change in small small things of life. Give yourself some ‘me time’ everyday, 15-20 min is also ok if you want to enjoy every bit of it. Try to develop some hobbies and practice that everyday for a short span of time. SpendRead more

    You don’t have to spend your life like a rat race, try to find happiness and change in small small things of life. Give yourself some ‘me time’ everyday, 15-20 min is also ok if you want to enjoy every bit of it. Try to develop some hobbies and practice that everyday for a short span of time. Spend some time with nature, talk with yourself in peace. Listen something positive as soon as you wake up and while going to sleep.Try to do guided meditation in the morning as soon as you wake up. Search on youtube and you will find ample numbers of such videos having time duration starting from 5 min to multiple hours. Find out your weaknesses and try to resolve them through meditation.
    Try to speak positive affirmations in the morning for few mins, it will make your day positive and bring happiness in your life.

    In your case, it seems a case of misunderstanding from both sides. Either you are not able to understand your family members or they are not able to understand you. It’s better to sit one day with your family members and discuss all the pain points, listen to them first, what are their expectations from you and why they think ill about you. Understand each point and then sort out all the differences. Keep your heart out and tell all those things which you feel when they do badly with you or feel hurt. Accept your family members with open heart and their shortcomings. Try to change your behaviours which they think is not good.

    Do not leave your friends, discuss with friends and seek out their opinions as well.
    Live life as if you are going to die tomorrow. Don’t think much, just chill out.
    Meditate in the morning with the help of YouTube and do hypnosis while going to sleep. You will get ample hypnosis videos in YouTube for a peaceful sleep and mind.
    Take care of your life; it’s in your hands. Don’t ruin it due to others. You only get one life, don’t give your life remote to someone else hand. Learn how to control your emotions and learn meditation. All the best for your future.
